Absolutely HORRIBLE...
How much money do have
I just opened an account two months ago, and the service is Awesome. My personal Banker handle things immediately. She is friendly and kind, and very professional.
About 2 weeks ago, I had to reset my pin, not because I wanted to, but because I made 2 back to back purchases at a store, and the bank decided that one of them must surely be fraud. I reset my pin, and left the bank. Since that date, I have NOT been able to access my account online. Every time I try to log in, it says login unsuccessful, call customer care. So, I did, only to find out that when you reset your pin, for security reasons, you have to wait 30 days to be able to access your account online...AND Customer Service cannot override that!!! How ridiculous. I have had a few problems with this bank in the past, but now because of this, forget convenience....I will be removing my money, closing my account and opening an account elsewhere.
It would be helpful if the correct hours were listed for this location as it only opens at 8 am on Thursday and Friday.

I wish to file a complaint about the service of Melanie email address: mesquivel@WTNB.com 432-685-6500. A customer of this bank Carlos S DeMaro 300 Church St. Roswell, NM 88203 sent a check for $2900 to my bank account and my stupid bank US Bank didn't put a hold on a out of state check. It turns out I withdrew $1000 thinking it was good. Went to US Bank to get more money and then they decided it was a bad check. The following day this piece of garbage did it again with a check for $2300 but Sgt. David Goodwin of the Minot Police Dept. was called and it was not placed in my account and I was not allowed a copy. Your service is disgusting. If he had even a dollar in his account it should have been sent to my bank. My account is closed because of this piece of garbage. HOW DARE YOU ALLOW ME TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THIS CREEP. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR.
