This place is terrible, why should I have to pay my own money to get my own money? If I need to withdraw money every day of the month out of my account I should be able to without being charged $3 for each withdrawal after three withdrawals. That’s just stealing my money. I had heard that this place was terrible but I had no idea it was this bad. I would never recommend this credit union to any one. Please keep up with your money because they will take it and not inform you until you start asking questions, then they want to speak with you.
The manager is never there to speak with you, they make excuses for her. The older lady at the front desk is very mean and disrespectful, she never smile, she just chew and pops gum. If you don’t understand something and ask her a question she gets an attitude. My roommate and I both have the same opinion about this place. I don’t know what the problem is but they all need to check their attitudes and be more professional when dealing with people. Your manager attitude has really changed. I will be glad when I graduate so I can find another place for my money.
