I have 2 cars that I pay at this Credit Union. I work so much that my wife makes the payments for me. The branch on Durham has been very unprofessional not letting her make the payment. This puts a lot of strain on me since now I have to make time to make the payment myself. I don't get why they have to make things so difficult since its a payment being made not money being taken out.
