RANDELL DUET HAS BEEN TALKING TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF ASSETS THAT THE BANK HAVE FOR SALE. HE WAS GETTING THE INFO FOR ME AND I HAVE A CLIENT READY TO BUY THE VESSEL B UT WE NEED MORE INFO ON HER. WE NEED A COPY THE DOCUMENT, LAST DRY DOCK, ANY PAPERS THAT CONTAIN THE COI , THE ENGINES, THE GEN SET AND ANY ELECTRONIC . MY CLIENT NEED THIS INFO BEFORE WE CAN DRYDOCK THE VESSEL. HE IS WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE OF 175,000$ SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. MR DUET IS OUT OF TOWN AND I NEED THIS INFO SO WE CAN GO FORWARD. THIS PRICE IS NET TO THE BANK SO I WILL HAVE TO ADD ON MY COMMISSION SO ANY AMOUNT OVER THE 175 IS CONSIDERED COMMISSION AND IS DUE BOURG MARINE AT THE ACT OF SALE. THE VESSEL IS BEING SOLD TO A OVERSEAS BUYER. THANKS FOR ANY HELP IN CLOSING THIS SALE.
