I want to speak to person in the UNITED STATES that I can undwerstand. I did not buy my truck from a foreign company and I want to talk to an America. The woman I talked to was rude, I could not understand her and she would not transfer me to someone I can understand. I need to speak to someone now!!! my number is 913-775-2108 I can not rate this bank because there is nothing I have ever dealt with that is worse
