The bank sucks. Its a fraudulent lying misrepresentative of the banking industry. I should be the CEO there. I could bring in customers and growing, expanding, profitable business. Right now the bank is headed for huge lawsuits, brand erosion and bankruptcy. I know this is not the first you have heard of this. Get your act together.

American Express is going bankrupt in the next financial crisis along with many, many others. Credit unions too. Just before crisis hits if you can predict one, get into Treasuries. Two years worth of expenses only. They may, emphasis on may, be the the safest liquidity place to hold money for emergency cash. Two years worth only. Other than that American Express is a very good company.

How do I make Deposits or withdrawals

Do you have bank locations in Europe? We were at one time stationed in Germany and opened an account with your bank. Have friend located overseas now that is getting ready to retire back to states and needs to open an account and get visa card .. Where can he do this. Can he do this thru the mail? He wants to retire and have his pension check put into his account. He is located on Facebook , Jeromy Tallman. I would prefer to stay out of this as money is involved and privacy I feel is needed.

Theft claim denied for $1,000 back in 2015 that I had to pay back and now a return from my bank for $200 indefinitely suspends my account that I get direct deposit to. When asking for a phone number for corporate I was told there was not a phone number. I asked for the name of the "supervisor" I was speaking with and was refused a name. Company refuses to help me resolve any issues. I also would like to know how they have personal information about me going back over 2 years which goes against PCI (Personal Customer Information) Laws. They have some information which is illegal for them to have and will not connect me with their legal department. Do not use this company. You will regret it in the long run.

my theft claim was declined, i made a police report and the officer said to call you guys back to make another claim, ive been told twice that i would have to mail my declaration of fraud to reopen the case, the officer said he was told from someone in corporate that i only needed to call and then re summit the paper and get the reference number.
i have called the corporate number three times and there is no way to get with someone. i want someone to contact me as soon as possible because it is ridiculous of how hard it is to get someone to help on the phone, over the past three months i have called more times then i could count and was never given all my information need to make the fraud claim and always had to call back, it also sickens me that its so easy for a tax properer to steal someones money threw the serve card, these people have ssn and birth dates and can set up a serve card with the customer information and take the money (what happened to me) and then i get told my claim was declined. someone better contact me or i will blast this all over every social media i possibly can. look my name up before contacting me and you can see all the bullshit i have been threw with this company. and im sure there notes back about the police report,
