RE: Request Remove Unauthorized Credit Inquiry
On April 5, 2017, I obtained a copy of my Annual Credit Report. The credit report reflects multiple credit inquiries I did not authorize and as a result of those inquiries, it has negatively impacted my credit score. It is my understanding that the Fair Credit Reporting Act allows only authorized inquiries to appear on the consumer credit report, and you shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my report unless I have authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit report as soon as possible.
