I've been trying to access my account all day, yet it either tells me my password is wrong (so I had a new password e-mailed to me) and now it says it needs my user ID. When I put in my acct number it just rejects it.
I need help to access my account. Not very happy with this bank at this point. Really thinking about moving my account.
