I called last week and left a message as no one answered the phone, No one called me back either. I am not sure if you guys want to serve only people who walk in and not people who call. I called because, currently I am handicapped and would be difficult to get to the bank, and I thought it would be nice to talk with someone to see what I need to bring or send with someone on the phone first. I guess you are too busy or don't care.
