I have been a customer for several years at the Rustburg Branch. I was very disturbed when I wanted to make a withdrawal and was told it wasn't possible to complete my transaction because , "we're out of paper." I was told to come back Friday where the branch was still out of paper. But if I wanted to, I could use the ATM.
