The place in 2657 Annapolis Road, Hanover MD 21076 closed without any notification to local account holders.
There is no other location close to where I live or work. I live in Pasadena MD and work in Columbia MD. Do you have any offices in this area of Maryland? Internet search did not find anything close to these areas.
The bank in Jessop md.has closed for good. There is no information where the other bank. Internet still showing the same location & phone no which is no longer exist. Very poor service. Rating this credit union zero.
Why would PFCU/Jessup post a sign yesterday saying this branch would be closed as of 4/27/18, three days later? The ATM also was inoperable with a sign saying it would no longer be available. Very BADD customer service. The proper thing should have been signage stating "Due to >>>>>>this branch will no longer be able to service its customers. The nearest PFCU branch and ATM can be located at >>>>>>. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
Why was the branch in Niceville removed? Please come back, it was so convenient and I miss it. I know there's one in Fort Walton Beach but the Niceville branch was 7 minutes away from my house versus the Fort Walton Branch which is a little over 20 minutes. Please come back to Niceville, PenFed!
