I'd like to talk about the Gainesville branch on Limestone Drive. Specifically about the customer care and service. Everyone who has worked there has been extremely helpful, respectful, considerate and overall very kind. Except for one little person named Rodriguez. For some reason, not sure why, he likes to upset the customers. He is either really stupid or just plain ignorant. I have figured it out yet but he is not a good representative. So please either send him somewhere else so I don't have to deal with him anymore or fire him like any normal employer would do. Because no one should have to deal with his unprofessionalism! I would have given this Branch 5 stars but since he's there he takes off a couple of them so I am very sorry
