I have been a Ft Huachuca branch customer for almost 30 years. I live in Thailand and I do not have on-line banking. I wish to transfer funds from my checking account to the Bangkok bank in New York City. Can this be accomplished via mail or calling customer service? I have queried the main office several times and have never received a response. Please advise.

Your on-line banking system is terrible. Not at all user-friendly. I have given up trying to use it. FIX IT!
