I have been with the Cedar City branch for over 15 years. Back when it was Southwest Federal. The 1-800 customer service is bad. I've called a few times over the last year. Just like the other reviews, every time I call I end up going into the branch to get my issue resolved. Recently, I called to report a lost card and they canceled it but told me I had to call or go into the branch office to get help with a new card (why). I called the "local" number and it took me right back to the 800 number! It will be a lot of work to change credit unions but worth it in the long run.

How do I find my online access

On Thursday, July 26th, I tried to call the SLC branch, the Taylorsville branch, and the Sandy branch without any success. I never was able to talk to anyone. I looked up the individual branch numbers and none of the extensions were valid. The worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! My account is going elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, everything is outsourced and it takes a long time to get a hold of anyone, you have to go to the back to take care of problems, and I have never been able to get any help from online of calling. I have been bank with them for a year an do not recommend them if you travel. Time to find a new bank...

calling in on the 800 # is an absolute joke! I have called every day for the past week as I was trying to change my password for my acct to my online banking & have been on hold for 30 + min ea time & finally did the call back option. Someone called back & unfortunately I was working & couldn't get the call & so I start over ! there isn't even an email I can find to send a real person a message. Your system is very customer Unfriendly! for a week cannot get into check my acct, cannot call to get a balance unless I have 3 hrs to spare..

Great experience. Mr. Vance Whetman took care of all my questions and needs. Made me feel at home. A very personable, and thorough young man. I believe it will be a benefit for me to have a share in the credit union. Being new to the city it is good to have a foundation such as I now have.

I hate that the bank changed...AGAIN! The people in the local offices are still nice and good to work with but the online features don't work correctly and trying to get a real person here locally is DIFFICULT!

For the others having difficulty calling..when they start giving you options you have to put in 1829, don't press buttons for customer service, or account information, etc. By pushing 1829 you get a person at the Tabernacle branch.

I have had an account with these folks for the 7 years I have lived in the area. They have always been friendly and courteous both at the window and at the counter.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! I HAD THE ASST. MGR. YELLING AT ME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER AFTER I TOLD HER OFF ABOUT CLOSING THE LOBBY EARLY BECAUSE I HAD A FELLOW EMPLOYEE WITH ME THAT NEEDED TO GO IN AND CASH THEIR PAY CHECK BECAUSE THEY WON'T CASH NON MEMBERS THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING FOR A NON MEMBER AND KEPT GOING ON AND ON ALL BITCHY. I TOLD HER ALL I WANTED HER TO DO WAS JUST SHUT UP AT THIS POINT SO SHE REFUSED TO CASH AND DEPOSIT MY CHECK EVEN THOUGH I WAS A MEMBER AND THE WRITER OF THE CHECK WAS AS WELL SO NOT LIKE I COULD CASH IT ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN THAT EVENING....SHE STILL HAS NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCIDENT!

So sad!
How can you have such idiots on the national telephone! And the phone listed above even with the extension is NOT a local number!!! 435) 628-2693 ext. 1829
So should I go back to the National idiots for help? No way! I guess I will solve my problem, not by phone but by going in to the friendly people at the local branch! Forget technology with this company. Telephones are even way too advanced!
I started with them in 1982! So sad.

I wish that they would fix their drive-thru area. With your car sitting on a slant away from the ATM machine I have to get out of my car to access the ATM machine. I didn't one night about 3 weeks ago and bruised my left rib cage so bad that I was in constant pain for about 2 weeks. I still hurt there if I move the wrong way at times. You need arm extensions to reach the machine.
