Best bank experience of my 76 year old life.
Walked into Townebank,Wards corner Norfolk,Va. unannounced just before 4 pm.Wed.July 12,2017.
Me & my 3 sisters had been fighting a "small estate"financial problem for almost a year.
Thanks to ANNATTE WILSON,Bank Manager,problem was solved before 5 pm
The receptionist,teller & Ms.Wilson could not have been nicer.
Yes,upon leaving,the guard opened & held the door .
