Please give me a call i think i have a fake check in my name 7029550976
I work next to Lake Sunapee Bank on Heater road in Lebanon nh.
Today there was a shooting at the nearby Hospital at DHMC. A family member killed another in the ICU. Lake Sunapee Bank and the dental office I work at are minutes from DHMC. (We are right next to Lake Sunapee Bank) the schools were put on lockdown as was the hospital. Had your employee Marian not called us and told us that they heard of the "active shooter at DHMC" we would have not known. Our dental office does the banking with Lake Sunapee and she was thoughtful enough to CALL the office making us aware that there was an active shooter and the person involved had NOT been caught.
We locked our office doors and screened the last few patients through windows and then let them in.
We appreciate your thoughtful employees for thinking of us during this horrible time ( they caught the person and he in fact went to the ICU at DHMC hospital and shot a family member) we appreciate Marions heads up to what was going on and her helping keeping me and my coworkers safe and especially our patients!
Complaint: For the second time now, I have brought coins in to this bank to be rendered in bills and have been shorted on my money. Before I left home, I counted my coins THREE (3) times that totaled $9.00. When I received my cash, they returned to me $8.81. Very hard to fathom, as I didn't give them any pennies. All quarters, dimes, and nickels. Makes me wonder.........
