We just opened our Knights of Columbus acts. w/ your Belfair branch. I was eager to respond to the follow up survey you sent me...I’m the Council Treasurer. I have tried at least 5 times to respond to the survey...to say what a great job both Samantha & Kristin did to welcome us to the Credit Union. There is no way I can respond....it doesn’t open. Kristin was especially proficient in the long involved process of opening the acts. It’s too bad I can’t use your survey to tell you this.

- I am considering this CU, so I just did an internet search, found the number to the local branch on my second try. I called and was talking to a CC rep after just under a 5 minute wait.
- Everyone is complaining about not being able to find a phone number . . . What's the problem, people!
Giving it an 9 for a friendly customer service rep. who spent time with me as I determined which account I wanted.
PLEASE ALLOW AN OPTION FOR A QUESTION LINE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I should not have to drive somewhere to get a simple question answered.
Impossible to reach the credit union by phone unless one has an account. Do you not want any new customers? If so, there is no way to phone and get any information, so you are turning away many people.
I am sick and need to transfer money from my account to my granddaughter's and cannot because I cannot talk to a human being from the phone numbers available. I don't know my tellers last names and I cannot come in because I am sick, but I guess your people will just have to get the flu because I can't get any human to talk to me.
This Credit Union site gave me no information that I was looking for. I wanted to know shred dates for this year and at what locations without joining Facebook and using a Fax service. I'm sure it would not be useful for most people like me who just want a simple question answered.

I needed to stop payment on a check today and was unable to find a phone number to connect me with a human to assist me. This trend will force me to find a new bank.
I've been a Member since 1985. At this moment I'm ready to close Acct's. Very frustrated with being unable to get a phone # for Poulsbo Branch. I'm traveling w/banking problem that needs immediate attention; but no one available. Please call ME NOW; (360) 440-8233
