Trying to report potential fraud on my account that was discovered before 9:00am when the customer service line opens. Not customer friendly.
Answer the DAMN phone! HELL with this
I've Tried calling the 378-3100 5 times this morning at 9:30, no answer.
Nobody can answer the f---ing phone. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and I've noticed over the past year or so the customer service is declining.
This credit union is full of bs and a headache to deal with, with terrible customer service
The slowest branch by far. Better have plenty of gas if your in the drive thru. I'm one of two cars and have been here 15 min. As usual
