who is the new branch manager
Phone 208 762 2760 is saying non working. Have Julie call me.
Have been trying for days to reach someone to talk to on the phone (rather than driving to each location) to find out which locations offer safe deposit boxes. The wait time on each call has been 6-9 minutes and when I finally get someone, its at corporate, not Roseville. I've been a customer for several years now and strongly support the bank but this is very frustrating. There should be an option to speak to a customer service rep in each office at some point.
Worlds greatest blank is laughable.
I'm wasting way too much time trying to speak with a rep. Try to call my local bank and get the main location with holding times that are not acceptable. I need to change the address on one of my billpays. If it is changed automatically as your FAQ informs me, there should be a message addressed to me informing of said change. There is no message. This is not acceptable in any way, shape or form. This is just bad business practice.
The Umpqua Bank in Garibaldi, Oregon, is closed permanently. Please remove this listing from your site. Thank you.
This Umpqua Bank store has moved. The address 420 W Main is no longer accurate. The correct address is: 280 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702
I have had such a positive experience. i feel like I've been living.in the past for many years in the dark and i just came into the light. I say what i need and no this and that.Because those old things were as i were jumping through hoop at the circus or they wanted to give me money to come to there bank. But none of that here just the simple truth and honestly of a simple neighborhood STORE YOU CAN TRUST. Richard Lee
The employees in this bank are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I enjoy the days that require banking activities so that we can drop in and exchange greetings with them. Cynthia and Renee are proactive and make suggestions to improve my asset management. The employees rate 10 stars, I rated 7 because I would love to see better interest rates for savings and checking accounts.
I just called and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up, NOT GOOD!
Could you please have Anthony call me @775-338-0485. He is a very special employee and certain he will take care of my request. Please see previous mail sent 5 minutes previously. Thank You
This customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have been on hold for a total of 35minutes after calling three different #'s. Please call me 775-338-0485 so I can put a freeze on my account until I return to Reno on th 4th of April.
Thank you
I don't often give feedback or write reviews. When I do the service has to be pretty amazing. The service I received at Umpqua Bank on Proctor Street in Tacoma Washington today, and everyday I visit is amazing. The exemplary, manager and friendly bank staff go out of their way to help customers with their banking questions and any issues that may need help with. It is rare to get such person service as this in most businesses. The personal attention and attentiveness is the best I have had in my Community and City. It lets you know that you can depend on their skills.
