My husband and I have had so many issues with this bank it's ridiculous. We've had paperwork that took over a year for them to file and process, we've had multiple late notices on payments that were made but they entered into the system wrong, we've received horrible customer service. We recently moved an hour away. We made an appointment to come in and refinance our car and when we showed up for our appointment Nika was rude and refused to do anything for use. So we spent our day off driving too and from Yakima just to be treated disrespectfully.We will be refinancing both of our cars through Hapo and never coming back to this bank again. What a damn joke.
