I've been banking at the Mequon branch since it opened. What in the world is going on with the quality of this branch??? I do banking once a month because that's when Madison Medicaid issues my paycheck. January and February apparently Kohler saw fit to place two fill-in employees at the branch who were unable to issue A ROLL OF QUARTERS, presumably because they couldn't access the vault. I was asked to come back today. I decided to go to my other bank, Educators CU where they always have regular employees and I can get needed quarters. In the meantime I'm going to transfer my accounts back to ECU until your problems get resolved. Joyce Peterson
