Terrible service. Stopped in at lineville branch to open an account with 275,000. I was told there was only one person who could open the account and to stop back later! I got home and called the cardinal office. somehow I got the Little Chute branch. Asked to be transferred to Cardinal branch, she stated all lines were busy.
I took my money and opened an account with Fox Community credit union with no issues!
I hope this message gets to Tom Young. I know if I ran a business I would like to know the type of customer services is being offered!
