I called to let the bank know that I would be out of the country between April 20, 2017 and May 10. I planned to use my debit/ATM card during my trip.
I have tried my ATM card twice here in Brazil and get a message to contact my bank and I get no money. Please unblock my account immediately and email me at mhauser2012@att.net that you have done so.
I do not use the internet to bank, but I have a checking and a money market account. You can check back to this same request I made for February 27 to March 20 when I went to Mexico to see that I was able to give all of the proper answers to validate that I was the person making the request. Please take care of this problem immediately.
