So far my experience with your credit union has been great.
Just opened three accounts, got home, tried to contact the credit union in St. Croix Falls and have no phone number, none online except 833-8111 and 1 other with the same directions, did all that and held for at least 15 minutes each time to get routed to a branch! 45 minutes wasted and no connection. I am so disgusted I am ready to cancel all the new accounts. I need a direct line to my bank! Based on other comments, this seems to be a problem for others as well. Hopefully there is a direct line into St. Croix Falls. If not I will be closing my new accounts ($26,000 today) and the other $40,000 will stay at the old bank until I find a better provider. Hopefully RCU has a working plan to remedy the problem. I had 20 years at my current bank and have NEVER had a problem getting service. I had great hopes for RCU.
Couldn't get ahold of anyone and I don't like that our account #'s aren't online
Call wait times too long.
I have been locked out of my on-line account due to excessive login attempts. None of them by me. someone is trying to access my account. OK I understand the security protocol but I don't understand why someone isn't available to help reset my access on a Saturday afternoon. The credit union needs to provide access to someone during non-traditional banking hours when problems like this come up. Not having access to the on-line account is a serious problem and not having access to someone to help is even more serious. You are not a service oriented organization if you don't provide access to service for these type of situation
I love the fact that you can go to other banks to withdraw money, partnering backs with RCU. This is very important to me as very few are in my area. Great service !
