Have been trying all morning to get someone at this Credit Union on the phone to talk about opening an account. Still have not been able to talk to anyone. Tried many numbers and either get into an endless IVR, get an away from my desk recording, or a recording that ask me to leave my number and they will call back. They must think all that I have to do is sit around waiting for them to call me. Do not have time to mess with them anymore. Will go somewhere else.

I have been trying for DAYS to reach your Investment and Retirement Services office. ALL of your publicized phone numbers lead to the same worthless automated answer that offer NO option to talk with a human. If you don't have a number before hand, you're OUT OF LUCK!! Your Investment and Retirement Services department holds my money. Perhaps I should move it to an establishment that provides a phone number that I can use, NOT one that leads to a virtual "dead-end".

You guys are officially the worst bank ever and I will be pursuing a lawsuit I have multiple calls that I have recorded from my end where I have been hung up line transferred to the wrong place and forced to wait on hold for upwards to 45 minutes at a time you guys refused to send me my title after I have paid you off it is been over three months and I still have not received it I threaten a lawsuit and you send it but it says that there is still a lien on it. Fix it or I will see you in court 719-722-9663
